About Steph
Hi, I’m Stephy, a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner & founder of Breatholution.
After 15 years in high-pressure corporate environments, I experienced firsthand the impact that chronic stress and burnout can have on both performance and wellbeing. My introduction to 9D Breathwork came at a time when I needed a reset and the shift was immediate.
I returned with greater clarity, focus, and a deeper sense of control over my own state.
What became clear to me was this: most people aren’t struggling with workload, they’re operating from a dysregulated nervous system.
After years of traditional approaches that never quite reached the root, I discovered that real, lasting change happens when we work with the body, not just the mind.
That’s where Breatholution was born.
My mission is simple; to guide and teach people how to regulate themselves, and to provide the space to do so.
Through a blend of science-led breathwork and immersive 9D experiences, I now work with individuals, schools, and corporate teams to help them:
– manage stress more effectively
– improve focus and clarity
– build resilience under pressure
– and feel more in control of their internal state
This isn’t about switching off from life but about learning how to meet it differently.
Because when you can regulate your nervous system, everything else starts to shift, from how you think, to how you perform, to how you show up.
